Spirit Week - June 22 - 27

In the spirit of Ride In Spirit, we're excited to offer the following activities during the week leading up to "Ride Day", June 28th

Julie's Paint Party

​The paint party will be hosted LIVE on Facebook at http://facebook.com/juliespaintparty
​No registration is needed, just navigate to the page. Guests will be welcomed at 6:45pm and the party will start at 7:00pm sharp.
 

 

Supply List:
​All of the paints and brushes can be found at your local dollar store.
​12" x 6" Canvas
Paints: Yellow, Turquoise, Black, White and Brown
​Brushes: 3/4" nylon flat brush, 1/2" nylon flat brush, 1" liner brush

Yoga with Stacey Eason-Bondy

The yoga session will take place live on CMHA-WECB's Facebook page. The class is designed to establish balance in the body and soul. Learn techniques that can be used on a daily basis to reduce stress.

At-home Workouts with The Garage Gym

Join Garage Gym trainers for practical at home workouts using little to no equipment.

Spin at Home with Julia

For anyone who has a spin bike at home, take part in a 30 minute instructor-led spin class.

Baking with Laura of Luxurious Morsels

Learn how to bake a fail-proof batch of chocolate chip cookies with Laura! She'll provide tips and tricks to help your cookies turn out perfectly every time and delicious substitutions and add ins. 
​Equipment Needed: bowl, measuring cup and spoons, wood spoon, spatula, baking sheet, teaspoon and parchment paper (optional)


Ingredients:
​1/2 cup butter at room temperature
3/8 cup white granulated sugar
3/8 cup brown sugar
1 egg at room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
​1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
