Ride Don't Hide, Virtually is all about getting active in your own way, in your own time. Ride, run, walk, practice yoga, meditate, garden, bake, read a book - do whatever it is that makes you feel well - that's your Ride. Share what you're doing with your friends and family, and encourage them to support or join you - that's the "don't hide" part.
