We all need a little help sometimes. But we can't get help when we hide it.

Join Ride Don't Hide to say "I'm here" so no one has to struggle with their mental health alone.

Registration: $40 per person ($55 after Mental Health Week)

For 2024, Ride Don't Hide will be once again returning to Victoria, B.C. to support local mental health programs and services. We hope you will re-join us for our 13th year of reducing stigma, community gathering, and supporting mental health care for all.
