Please arrive 30 minutes before your ride to check in at registration and given a number (bib). Riders who are not wearing a Ride Don’t Hide t-shirt or jersey can grab a Ride Don’t Hide pinnie so that you can be identified as Ride Don't Hiders. Registration ends on Friday June 7th at 5pm, BUT if you miss it you can still register in person on Ride Day as well!
After you've completed your ride, please check back in at registration to receive your food ticket.
If you're one of the teams that fundraised over $1,000 before May 11th, then you will have a Team Tent, available for you to decorate and celebrate your achievement.
You are responsible for knowing your route so please familiarize yourself with it. Note that the 7km Family Ride has changed this year. We will have route maps onsite and you can also find your route on Strava here with cue sheets.
If you are experiencing an emergency or accident please call 9-1-1. If you are stranded or need assistance and it's NOT an emergency please call 250-514-2717 and we will make an effort to arrange a pick-up.
Don't forget to bring any last-minute donations! All donations can be received at the Donations Table. We are able to accept cash, cheque, credit, and debit onsite.
Once again we will be joined by the Ukelelians and the Recovery Rock Band, from the Friends of Music. FOM Music Society has been providing musical opportunities in support of Mental Health for 35 years. Whether you join Friends of Music as a volunteer, a supportive friend, or as part of your recovery plan, there is something for everyone at Friends of Music. We’re all about making music.
Registration Information
The Ride will be hosted once again at Windsor Park in Oak Bay. Below is the registration fee which is the same for all routes. And as we had in the past the Early Bird registration is available until the end of Mental Health Week.
Early Bird Adult Registration: $40.00 until May 10th @ 11:59 pm
Regular Adult Registration: $55.00 starting May 11th @ 12:00 am
Child (under 12) Registration: Free*

All registrations include snacks and coffee before the ride, a post-ride lunch, and enjoyment of the free festivities happening that day. This year, we will not be giving out t-shirts. Instead, we are encouraging those that have a Ride Don't Hide t-shirt from past years to re-wear it. Those that do not have a RDH t-shirt can borrow a RDH Pinny; all pinnies must be returned at the end of the event.
*Child registrations are FREE with the additional purchase of an Adult Registration. All children are required to be accompanied by an Adult on Ride Day.
