Ride Don’t Hide is a community fundraising bike ride that happens across Canada in June. It brings people together to build community and ensure that #NoOneRidesAlone. These events are welcoming, and they build awareness, inclusion, and acceptance, where everyone is encouraged and supported to speak openly about their own mental health.
This year CMHA Peel Dufferin will be running a hybrid ride (both virtual and in-person). This will allow us to reach more people, bring more awareness, and raise more money for our mental health and addiction programs.
