SPIRIT WEEK

PARTICIPATE BY JOINING US VIRTUALLY!

Registration Fee: $0 

Join us for a week of daily activities facilitated by CMHA branches and folks from their communities throughout Manitoba. Each activity is up to 30 minutes and is fit for all ages to enjoy. We kick off the week to hear about our 330 Ride followed by medicine wheel teachings on Indigenous People's Day, along with activities like making sure your bike is ready to ride, yoga, and preparing healthy snacks for both your mind and body!
