Ride Don’t Hide is a nationwide community bike ride raising funds for mental health. Ride Don’t Hide is a movement that brings mental health into the open.

Ride Don’t Hide is the largest mental health bike ride in Canada with almost 10,000 riders and hundreds more family members, friends and volunteers across Canada taking part, raising almost $2 million each year for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Ride Don't Hide is a chance to bring mental health into the open, raise critical funds for vital mental health programs, and connect -- to your own mental health, to each other, to our community, and to the national movement for mental health!
