Not sure how to get moving? Looking for inspiration to get out of the house and move your body?

Use our activity calendar to move on your own or to get out and take advantage of some awesome deals from some of our partners.

Week 1: Step Into Spring Week! Kick off this Ride Don't Hide by challenging yourself to take 10 000 steps everyday this week. If you don't have a way to track your steps with your phone or a smart watch you can set your own goals. On average a kilometer takes 1200 to 1500 steps.

Week 2: Hopscotch week! Head downtown to find hopscotch courts we have chalked onto the sidewalks. Take a picture and tag us for a chance to win some prizes. #KamloopsRideDontHide

Week 3:  K-Spin Week. Free Class for Ride Don't Hide Participants on Monday May 16th at 7:30pm. $5 Drop in classes Tuesday at 4pm, Thursday at 4pm, and Sunday May 21st at 1pm. All $5 drop ins donated to Ride Don't Hide. 

Week 4: Hike week! Get outside and do you favourite hikes all over the community. Don't forget to take a picture and tag us in your posts for a chance to win prizes.

Week 5: Go By Bike Week! May 30-June 5 is the Spring Go By Bike week in BC visit Go By Bike BC to participate in two movements at once!

Week 6: Yoga Now Week. Yoga Now Kamloops is offering the first class for Ride Don't Hide Participants free and $10 dollar drop ins after that during week 6.

Week 7: Move your own way all week!

Week 8: Oxygen Yoga and Fitness week. Oxygen Yoga and fitness is offering a free week trial membership for any Ride Don't Hide Participants.

Week 9: Move your own way to our Riverside Wrap-up event and for the rest of the week!
