Impact

CMHA Victoria has been a proud participant of Ride Don't Hide since 2012. With this fundraiser, CMHA Victoria has been able to raise over a total $500,000 over 10 years, reaching on average 400 riders per year. Ride Don't Hide is CMHA Victoria's largest fundraiser, and helps to support a majority of our local programs and services.

This includes HEADSTRONG Youth Summits, Living Life to the Full workshops, SafeTalk and ASSIST. You can learn more about these programs on our website www.victoria.cmha.bc.ca. CMHA Victoria also contributes to and supports community groups, such as the PSR Collaborative. Working with a vast number of other Victoria community organizations has allowed us to improve mental health resources across lower Vancouver Island.
