This year, we are returning to an in-person ride at Windsor Park in Oak Bay. We are so excited to be returning and once again gathering as a community. Below is the registration fee which is the same for all routes and the virtual ride. And as we had in the past the Early Bird registration is available until the end on Mental Health Week.
  • Early Bird Adult Registration: $45.00  until May 8th @ 11:59 pm
  • Regular Adult Registration: $55.00   starting May 9th @ 12:00 am
  • Child (under 12) Registration: Free*

If you are need assistance paying the registration fee please reach out to lauren.sykes@cmha.bc.ca

All registrations* include snacks and coffee before the ride, a post-ride lunch, and enjoyment of the free festivities happening that day. This year, we will not be giving out t-shirts. Inteas, we are encouraging those that have a Ride Don't Hide t-shit from past years to re-wear it. Those that do not have a RDH t-shirt can borrow a RDH Pinny; all pinnies must be returned at the end of the event.

About Ride Don't Hide Victoria

CMHA Victoria would like to acknowledge that this event is taking place on the traditional, unceded lands of the Lkwungen (Songhees), Wyomilth (Esquimalt), and W̱SÁNEĆ Nations.
This year we are celebrating our 10th annual Ride Don't Hide in Victoria, and are proud to continue bringing mental health awareness to Vancouver Island. The Ride itself is celebrating its 11th year. To learn more about where the funds raised go, please visit the About CMHA Victoria page.
After a two year break, we will be hosting the Ride again at Windsor Park in Oak Bay, and will feature a fun day of community, music, inclusion, acceptance, and food! We will have a live band, a (short) stage program, and prizes for riders!
