ENERGIZE DON’T HIDE CHALLENGE IS BACK!
May 2 - June 30, 2022
So many of us have felt the rippling effects of the pandemic over the last two years. At the end of 2021, 1 in 4 Canadians (approximately 336,000 Calgarians) identified symptoms of depression, anxiety or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which is an increase from 1 in 5 in 2020.*
Did you know? 54% of Albertans did not receive the mental health support they needed, within the past 12 months, because they couldn't afford it.**
Register for Energize Don’t Hide and be part of the MOVEment to ensure your friends, family, colleagues and neighbours will have access to CMHA Calgary mental health programs, when they need it.
Energize Don’t Hide is a way to take care of your mental health, physical health and your community. From May 2 – June 30, 2022 join thousands of energizers who will cycle, walk, run, meditate and workout across Canada to raise funds for CMHA Calgary youth and adult mental health programs.
