About Us

The Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick is a grassroots organization that provides services to all communities in the province such as presentations, programs, support groups, workshops and advocacy for children, youth, adults and seniors living with mental illness or those in search of mental wellness.

A wide range of specialized mental health programs and services are offered by CMHA of NB offices and Community Program Coordinators throughout the province. Programs and services are tailored to the needs and available resources of those communities where they are based.

Every year, CMHA of New Brunswick programs help more than 75,000 people.
