GreenShield Cares about Ride Don't Hide!
We are gearing up for the fourth annual Ride Don’t Hide campaign to raise funds for Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) chapters across the country. During the month of June, riders across Canada will come together to raise money and awareness for mental health programs and education.
Removing access barriers to mental health support is something we are extremely passionate about at GreenShield. We believe that everyone should have access to the resources and support they need to maintain good mental health. This fundraiser aims to do just that, by raising money for local organizations that provide mental health programs, education, and resources to help more Canadians get the help they need, when they need it. We're raising funds for our friends, our families, our neighbours, our community.
GreenShield is proud to be matching all donations on the GreenShield teams – including friends and family participants! This means your participation and contribution will go twice as far. What are you waiting for?
How To Join
1. Register by clicking on the link that corresponds to your office location:

2. Choose your ride. — Green Shielders’ will come together to ride outside to raise funds for mental health in their own communities.
3. Click ‘Join a Team’ and search for "GreenShield"
4. Set your fundraising goal. We've suggested $330 - the average cost for one more Canadian to have access to CMHA resources, when they need it - but feel free to adjust the amount to whatever you feel comfortable.
5. Once complete and agreeing to the terms and conditions, continue to confirmation to receive your Rider Kit!
